todoListo is designed to support you in an ever-changing world, whether your tasks change, your time availability or your priorities. Some of our latest YouTube videos demonstrate how the Properties of todoListo contribute to this flexibility.

And todoListo itself changes! Just a few months after its first release, we can announce new and improved features. Have fun exploring them!

Sometimes some detail or information comes to mind that is relevant for a task we have scheduled for a future time, so we want to add this information to the task or its note. If we don't know the exact time or categories of the task, it may be hard to find. For such situations, todoListo now offers a full-text search. Just type in whatever word you think you used for the task or its notes, choose the one you are looking for, and edit the task or its notes. The same works for any other items that can have notes.

On the notes screen, you can change quickly between the notes of different tasks or properties, using the navigation options for related items. We have improved the algorithm for choosing the most relevant items and made the display of those items and their relation to the current object more obvious. In addition, you can also use the new full-text search to retrieve the items if they are not displayed in the navigation bar. So now you can edit, compare and copy notes of different items even more quickly.

The Properties (Sections, Categories, Infos) that can be attached to tasks are one of the key features of todoListo. While most to-do list tools offer some kind of tagging for tasks, todoListo treats those tags as objects that can be organized themselves. In this way, Properties do not only provide structure and filter mechanisms over your tasks, they also help in task planning by allowing you to have an overview over your priorities and to flexibly rearrange them.

You can do anything in todoListo just using the keyboard. A list of all keyboard shortcuts is on the todoListo website. Here are a few shortcuts to work efficiently with Properties:

• When the cursor is in the text of a task, you can add a new task pressing Enter. If you press Ctrl/Cmd + Enter all the Properties (Section, Categories, Infos) of the existing task will automatically be added to the new one.
• To change the properties of the active item, just press F2.
• You can change the properties of several items at the same time, if you lock the items and then press Ctrl/Cmd + F2.

To open the new search functionality press Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + F.
The normal browser search can still be activated by Ctrl/Cmd + F.
